Editing & Formatting
Line-by-Line Editing
Editing and formatting of front matter and main content, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation corrections; adherence to style guide; suggestions for word choice, clarity, and consistency
$0.05 per word
Proofreading
Final manuscript check for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting
$0.03 per word
Reference List Formatting
Creation or formatting of reference list according to style guide, check that all references are cited and vice versa
Creation: $40 per page
Formatting: $10 per page
(double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font)
Data Analysis
Cleaning and quality assurance of datasets, coding of data for analysis, qualitative/quantitative/statistical analysis of data, visualization of results
$65 per hour
Writing
General Writing
Research and writing of literature reviews; writing of methods, results, or discussion sections; summarizing research in blog posts or for use in project planning
$60 per hour
Presentation Design
Design of PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations or posters
$55 per hour
